Questions, a problem with the app, or a request to take something down: write to info@bmxmotos.net. Say which track and, if it helps, which phone or browser.
News and new features go out first on Instagram and Facebook.
A moto board, schedule or result looks wrong
The app shows what the track office and USA BMX published. Corrections happen at the track: once they fix it there, the app follows within a minute or so on a live board. The printed moto sheet is the official one.
Race night alerts
Alerts are a phone-app feature. In the app: More, then Notifications. They cover your home and favorite tracks and lead with the riders you starred. If they stop arriving, switch them off and on again there, and check that notifications are allowed for BMX Motos in the phone's settings.
Signing in
Sign-in is optional and uses a 6-digit code sent to your email; there is no password. If the code does not arrive, look in spam and ask for a new one after a minute. The same email works in the phone app and at app.bmxmotos.net.
Deleting your account
In the app or the web app: More, then Account, then Delete account. That removes your email, profile page, garage, photos and any teams you manage from our server at once. If you cannot sign in, write from the account's email address and we will delete it for you.
Taking down a profile, a team page or a rider's name
Every rider profile and team page has a Report button. A parent or rider can also write to us to have a name removed from a team roster or a page hidden.
Registration, membership and payments
Those are USA BMX's, on usabmx.com. BMX Motos is not affiliated with USA BMX and cannot change a registration, a membership or a result.
